WAIT Training Parent Workshop
WAIT Training Parent Workshop
Research has shown that parents are the first and best resource for helping youth makes sound decisions. The Center for Relationship Education presents WAIT Training Parent Workshops teaching parents how to talk with their teen about tough subjects, specifically dating, sex and how to have healthy relationships.
Shelly Donahue will be presenting to parents at 7:00 p.m. February 20, 2012 at the HS auditorium. She will then present to our students on the morning of February 21, 2012. The students will be divided into two groups by gender to hear the presentation.

Shelly Donahue is a 19 year veteran health and PE teacher as well as a coach and mentor. Shelly is currently a national speaker and trainer for The Center for Relationship Education. Shelly has been instrumental in designing CRE’s Medical Cessation Program for working with sexually active youth. She has trained over 5,000 teachers across the country and has spoken to over 100,000 youth in the past decade.

All you have to do is check them out- just write your name on the clip board.
Then check it off when you return the item.
Feel free to come into the PIRC Center area and use the computer available there- it is connected to Internet.
Please check in at the office and receive a badge and if you need assistance ask at the office or find Carol Propp, if she happens to be available- she will help you.
